FIELD BIBLE ATLAS
& COMMENTARY
Welcome to the Field Bible Atlas!
I have spent years looking for a Bible atlas that can aid my approach to reading and researching the Bible. Most atlases and commentaries available focus heavily on traditional and Rabbinic views. Others are strictly secular in nature, undermining the Divine nature of the Bible and narrative. And if I could find an atlas to my liking, it was not in-depth and only focused on specific accounts. After years of waiting, I thought to finally develop my own atlas.
My goal is not about convincing you of a viewpoint, but rather to challenge your thinking, help you ponder the Bible in a deeper way, and to help you see the fun that can come from researching the Bible when we let go of old sentimentalities.
The atlas is organized to walk you through the Bible, book by book and chapter by chapter. It provides as many maps as are possible to create. It provides even various versions of maps, for example, the various options for the Exodus route or the Apostle Paul's fourth missionary tour after his imprisonment. It will highlight the challenges in understanding certain accounts and the various sides of the debate. It will also provide you with questions you can ask yourself as you read the account, to help you delve deeper than ever before.
We hope you enjoy The Field Bible Atlas and Commentary as much as I've enjoyed preparing it for you.
