Our digital products can be downloaded immediately on purchase. If there is any delay in receiving the download link, feel free to contact us (info@drinkoffering.com). These products are not to be redistributed to friends and family without expressed written permission.
Print On Demand
Our print-on-demand products are made to order and ship from the USA. There are no returns and exchanges on these products unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error. You must contact us within 14 days of the product delivery (info@drinkoffering.com) for a replacement with photos of the defect or damage.
