By joining a tour operated by Drink Offering Ltd, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Drink Offering and you. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR TOUR PROMPTLY.

The tours and programs of Drink Offering are available only to individuals who (a) are at least eighteen (18) years old (or have written consent from their parent or guardians if not travelling with their parents and/or guardians); and (b) possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to form a binding agreement under any applicable law. If you are booking the Tour on behalf of any third party, you hereby represent that such third-party was made aware of these Terms.


2.1 In the case of SINGLE DAY TOURS, a tour is not booked until this Terms and Liabilities form is completed by the group and confirmation of the date and pricing is given by Drink Offering. Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the start of the tour otherwise, Drink Offering reserves the right to cancel the tour.

2.2 In the case of MULTI-DAY TOURS, once a request to join a multi-day tour is received, Drink Offering will send the Customer Information and Terms and Liabilities forms. Your place on the tour is only confirmed once we have received these completed forms, as well as the security deposit. If during the process the tour requested fills and closes, you will be given an opportunity to book for an alternative date, or receive your deposit back (if partially or fully paid).

Full payment must be received no later than 90 days prior to the tour date or Drink Offering reserves the right to cancel your place on the tour and withhold the appropriate funds according to our cancellation policy as outlined on the itinerary.

2.3 Drink Offering will send the confirmation of booking once the applicable documents and payments are received.

2.4 You hereby acknowledge that a Tour may be cancelled, amended or delayed due to circumstances which are not under Drink Offering’s control (including but not exclusive to Force Majeure events such as pandemics, epidemics, terrorist activity, missile strikes or war). In such cases, Drink Offering will make their best efforts to inform you in advance of such changes and act to provide real-time reasonable solutions to minimize the impact of such cancellations, changes, or delays, on the costs, schedule, and your general services experience. In such cases, where a customer does not agree to join the tour with the changes implemented, the regular cancellation policy will apply, baring specific circumstances whereby a full refund can be given.

2.5 In cases where access to certain sites or attractions are closed or not available, Drink Offering will amend the itinerary accordingly, and you shall not be entitled to any compensation or refund due to such changes. We will attempt to update you on any changes more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour.

2.6 In the event of unexpected illness, flight delay or other event (not due to negligence) that causes you to be unable to meet your SINGLE DAY TOUR time, Drink Offering will attempt to alter the tour or reschedule, if possible. In the case of MULTI-DAY TOURS, the tour will proceed as scheduled and reasonable help will be given for you to join with the rest of the group. However, Drink Offering will not be held liable if they are unable to accommodate a last minute change or request.

2.7 You acknowledge and agree that Drink Offering does not have any obligation to conduct background checks on any Hotel, Restaurant or third party providers. We do not investigate or verify such third party service provider’s reputation, conduct, morality and/or criminal background. In addition, Drink Offering shall not be responsible, in any way whatsoever, for any content and/or services suggested, proposed or provided by any third-party operator, service or hotel.

2.8 On Tours where Drink Offering provides or arranges the transportation, Drink Offering has no obligation nor liability for the size, type or model of the transportation used; however, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that all vehicles used in connection with the Tour will be in full compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations.

2.9 Special personal needs such as wheelchair-accessible vehicles, baby chairs, carriages, or dietary requirements, will be provided “on a request” basis upon advanced notification to Drink Offering via e-mail, as applicable. Drink Offering will do its best to deliver such special needs, however, shall not be held responsible in case of lack or partial delivery.

2.10 You also agree to any additional terms and conditions of the Hotel or Restaurant that may apply to your Booking, including for services rendered and/or products offered by them.

2.11 Cancellation and prepayment policies vary with each tour program. Please carefully read important information in your Booking Confirmation for additional policies as may be applied. If you wish to adjust or cancel your Reservation, please inform us via email promptly. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival, cancellation or no-show fee by the Hotel (if applicable).

2.12 Your Tour shall be deemed cancelled only if you provide written cancellation notice and refund request sent to Drink Offering with sufficient prior notice. All refund requests should be directed via

2.13 In the event that Drink Offering must cancel the tour, for illness or otherwise, the customer will be entitled to a full refund. However, Drink Offering will not be liable for other damages or losses due to the cancelled tour. If requested, Drink Offering will attempt to find a replacement guide or program, similar to the service booked.


3.1 You are required to arrive early or on time to the Tour meeting point. In regard to the Open Group Tours, the bus and driver have no obligation to wait for you after the time set. If you miss the pickup time, the Tour may proceed without you and Drink Offering will not be held responsible nor liable for any compensation, refund or damages caused to you as a result thereof. You also hereby understand that the bus or guide may be delayed in arriving at the meeting points due to unexpected traffic or other external conditions.

3.2 For the avoidance of doubt, while participating in a group Tour, you are required to stay with the group at all times. Venturing off of the marked paths and trails is prohibited and Drink Offering will not be held liable for any injury or otherwise as a result of not remaining on the marked trails.

3.3 You hereby acknowledge that using your cell phone out of your country to contact the guide may impose special rates and costs. Drink Offering shall not be liable for any expenses in this regard.

3.4 It is hereby clarified that Drink Offering may, at its sole and absolute discretion, require you to withdraw if your behavior is deemed to be offensive, violent, or to cause annoyance or significant discomfort to other participants. Drink Offering can also choose to end any private Tour if the group’s behavior is offensive, violent, or in violation of the law. Drink Offering shall have no further liability for refund or compensation in these cases and also in events where you are not keeping a reasonable pace with the rest of the group.

3.4b It is understood that Drink Offering does not permit smoking, or vaping, of any type on it's tours. However, you understand that in the case of third parties (for example, the bus driver) Drink Offering cannot guarantee a completely smoke free environment.

3.5 Joining the tour means that you have valid travel medical insurance. Drink Offering will not be responsible for any charges due to ambulance, taxi or otherwise in the event of an injury. You understand that the guide will make reasonable efforts to assist you to a pickup point for a taxi or ambulance; however, you will be responsible for arranging a way to the necessary medical facility. In the event of serious injury, where you are unconscious, you understand that the guide may choose to call for an ambulance and/or other medical assistance, which you will be responsible for the cost of. The guide reserves the right to continue the tour without you, and Drink Offering will not be liable for any compensation.

3.6 You understand that during the Tour you may be taken to various Hotels, Restaurants or other Vendors that will provide food and/or drink. You acknowledge that Drink Offering has no control over the quality, cleanliness and/or preparation of the food, and therefore is not liable for any resulting illness or otherwise.

3.7 You understand that during excursions that include camping, Drink Offering will provide necessary drinks and food items to prepare meals. Drink Offering will ensure to have these items are properly sealed, stored, or kept in a way to ensure sanitation and health standards are met. In most cases, they will remain in the original sealed packaging. However, Drink Offering will not be held liable for any illness caused by the food or drinks provided. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are properly cooked and prepared as well as ensuring that Drink Offering is informed of any possible allergens; Drink Offering will work, within reason, to accommodate such requests. Drink Offering will not be held liable for any lack of quality or otherwise from sealed third part products which may be provided as part of excursions, tours, camping or gift packages.

3.8 You understand that if your tour includes activities like kayaking or otherwise, you will wear all necessary safety equipment and follow the direction of the guide. Drink Offering will not be held responsible for any misuse of equipment or injury resulting from negligence or accident. You are solely responsible for your safety while on the excursions and Drink Offering is not liable for any injury, illness or otherwise resulting from the activities.

3.9 Drink Offering is not liable for the loss/theft of personal belongings.

3.10 Certain requirements might be imposed by Drink Offering, the Hotel, or other sites or entities involved in the Booked Service with relation to pandemics (such as Covid-19). These could include but not be limited to, requirement to wear a nose and mouth mask, requirement to socially distance, or requirement to present vaccination certificates. Such requirements can change from time to time, often at the last minute, and might be the result of government policy or policy of the relevant company. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in you forfeiting your tour with no entitlement to refund.


4.1 You understand that during a Tour, Drink Offering may take photographs or videos for advertising, publicity and/or promotional purposes (all subject to applicable privacy laws). If you do not agree to be photographed, please inform Drink Offering. You will not receive any compensation for any use of such photographs. You expressly release and hold harmless Drink Offering from any claims which you may have arising from the use, adaptation, reproduction, distribution, broadcast of such photographs.

4.2 If you do not want to be photographed or filmed holding, consuming or associated with alcohol, please inform us in advance.


5.1 Payments are processed via third party payment service providers (“Online Payment Processors”). Drink Offering is not responsible for the performance of the Online Payment Processors. You acknowledge that you are fully assuming the risks of conducting any transactions via the Online Payment Processors.

5.2 Drink Offering may, at any time and at its sole discretion, amend the fee schedule, payment terms and cancellation policies. Any such changes will take effect immediately after being posted.



6.1 Drone, or other ariel photography or videography devices, during the Tour is strictly prohibited without the proper approved applications and permissions from the State of Israel.

6.2 The Tours are designed for those over the age of eighteen (18). This is due to laws in Israel regarding teaching religion to minors. As such, any minor wishing to join one of the Tours, without their parent or legal guardian, must first contact us and provide written permission from their parents or guardians.

6.3 Drink Offering does not permit any to join the tour whose purpose is to replicate or repackage our programs, content, itineraries or otherwise in a competing tour or business. If it is learned that you have joined for this expressed purpose, you will be dismissed from the tour without compensation or refund.

6.4 Nothing in the Terms constitutes a waiver of Drink Offering’s Intellectual Property under any law.


Drink Offering will strive for accuracy in representing the historical and Biblical facts throughout the Tour; however, you recognize and understand that the purpose of the tour is also partially that of entertainment. As such, you will not hold Drink Offering liable if some details and facts are embellished, hyperbolized or are inaccurate.


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Drink Offering or their Representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your violation of any of these Terms; (ii) your violation of any third party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property rights or privacy right of such third party; and (iii) any damage of any sort, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, you may cause to any third party with relation to the Site and/or the Booked Service. It is hereby clarified that this defence and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms.


These Terms constitute the terms and conditions between you and Drink Offering relating to the subject matter herein. Any claim relating to the services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel without reference to its conflict-of-laws principles and the United Nations Convention Relating to a Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods may not be applied. Any dispute arising will be brought in, and you hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in, the competent courts of the Haifa District, Israel. You agree to waive all defences of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-conveniens and agree that process may be served in a manner authorized by applicable law or court rule. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Drink Offering may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any heading, caption or section title contained herein is inserted only as a matter of convenience, and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION THAT YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, TOURS OR SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED. If any provision hereof is adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect while most nearly adhering to the intent expressed herein.

The parties agree that all correspondence relating to these Terms shall be written in the English language.
